    Got my cousin an itunes voucher for his christmas

    Just had a phone call saying – “thanks but it already says its been redeemed when i enter the code.”

    Now i know we bought it on monday from sainsburys for him and that it was new.

    How the hell do i prove to anyone that we have been unable to redeem it …. Reading around apple fail to acknowledge the issue

    Has anyone else had thisissue and managed to resolve it ?
