(deep sigh) So, I have itunes on my pc. We have atleast 4 ipods that various members of the family plug into my pc. How do i stop itunes starting up each time an ipod is plugged in? I want to transfer music using Poddox, not itunes. But, when i switch off itunes the device somehow gets removed from poddox at the same time.
    Thanks Very much……..

Remove SYNC from each ipod. (think its in advanced somewhere when you plug in the ipod)

Create a folder for each one then pull that into the ipod each time you up-date tunes in each folder.

    good luck

Plug ipod in to ‘puter. Click on it in the source menu. One of the options in the ‘Summary’ tab is ‘Open iTunes when this iPod is connected’, un-tick this box.

    Done

As above but open Itunes without plugging in an Ipod
