  • iTunes Album Purchase – not completing?

    Help please!

    I’ve just bought an album on iTunes. After several hours only tracks 5-23 have downloaded. When I go back to the iT store it confirms that tracks 1-4 are “purchased” but they are still missing from my playlist.
    What’s up?

    There doesn’t appear to be a “contact us” link in iTunes either.

    Fairly annoyed as have paid for 23 tracks and have one been admitted to 19.

    Under Account click on Check for Available Downloads, that should complete the album. You may need to restart the computer first.

    iTunes seems to be losing the plot; I still download the occasional song but I haven’t seen a charge on my bank account for months.
