Obviously in 1960, £25 was quite a lot of money! They used to be £1, and at some point they’ve changed with inflation or whatever. If you’ve only got 5 bonds, it’s minute odds on you ever getting a win at 1:46,000,000.

Firstly I’d like to apologize for the link to the express, its not a place i would normally go, unless its to read the hate comments the express insists of not moderating.

Apparently they’re stopping warrants, by which i think they mean prize cheques, so everything you win has to go to the bank, or reinvest in more bonds, which seems like the better idea, especially for the smaller prizes. Quite frankly f*k giving the banks anything.
