Quite possibly not – but it helps with the photography bit !!

Most of my normal “mountain” biking is non-trail centre S Wales valleys and “mountains”, solo, with no photies 🙁

I dont know, I even used to ride a bmx aswell.

Saying that, I ride my road bike near enough everyday, far more than I used to go mtbing or bmxing
