strange to count them tbh and i never slice them till i eat the salad as they get a bit squishy [ no fridge generally]
Pic needs scale is that 5 cherry toms or 5 normal toms?
I also find it a bit 1960 if your missus does that and I would get a facial expression of get **** if I asked.
She will put the left overs in a tub for me thoughPosted 3 years ago
Peanut butter and cucumber sandwiches every day and four cherry tomatoes. Don’t wrap them, but other than that all seems normal to me.
A man whose lunch is peanut butter and cucumber sandwiches and a clearly defined number of cherry tomatoes EVERY DAY is in no way qualified to comment on what is and isn’t normal, I’m afraid.Posted 3 years agobenjiSubscriber
@Cougar fair point well made I think, if it’s any consolation I have the same breakfast every morning in the same bowl 🙂
@Binners oddly it seemed a logical pairing to me, also tried peanut butter and grated carrot, which was nice, but cleaning graters seemed a hassle and slicing the carrot just didn’t make it right.
Well it’s bed time now, as I’ve just drunk my cocoa, is there such a thing as too much routine?Posted 3 years agobreadcrumbSubscriber

Peanut butter and cucumber? Dear God, man! Was that the result of a misguided game of butty roulette, where you don a pair of oven gloves, and reach into the cupboard of fridge, blindfolded, then pick 2 random ingredients and put them together?
That made me chuckle!Posted 3 years agogarage-dwellerSubscriber
No the tomatoes should go in the plastic tub with the grapes and be eaten after or during the ham, cheese and coleslaw or German salami, mustard and salad sandwich. On no account should tomatoes be eaten with the marmite crisp course or concurrently with the aforementioned grapes. The grapes, should however be consumed before the cereal bar and apple / banana combo.
Anything else is wrong.Posted 3 years ago
