The first formal weigh in will be Monday 17th. I’ll nag you on here and by emither as reminders 🙂

As I haven’t participated in one of these before, can you let me know which bits of information I’m supposed to make public / keep private.

At the moment, I’m thinking that I’ll keep a record and announce who has lost the most / least on a weekly basis, but not disclose the weights of folk. Does that sound right?

Now, time to stay off the lard and get on the bike over the weekend.

Well the last weigh in was 161.4 kg I think, though that wasn’t, how shall we put it, empty….. Think it’s probably closer to 160kg. Next week should see me lighter in stone then my age for the first time since I was 18

A 1.4kg log would be impressive 🙂
