I think torchy is short of batteries and c&b seen seem to have no lights or batteries at all. Has there been an embargo on li-ion batteries as its been like this for over a month?

and separate decent batteries.

No embargo , just a tightening on how loose Li-ion batteries can be shipped in bulk .

Not desperate for batteries as i am not doing much night time riding but as a cheap chinese light owner i like to have spares.
pete i think you may be right, most batteries now only seem to come with a light which i think is an acceptable choice for transportation.

I thought about the battery holder option but it ends up costing a fortune buying all the bits. Can you charge through the holder and are the cells protected from overcharging etc?
