Is the Queen broke?
No just the incredibly self obsessed Labour women hysterically shouting again trying to make a name for herself.
Margaret Hodge, shallow populist wind bag, blind to the fact if things are wrong with society it’s her job to fix them as an MP, not just berate anyone she feels is an easy target. I really can’t stand the woman.Posted 4 years agohighlandmanMember
No. She did however open up her London house to paying visitors last summer, under some pressure and while staying at her wee butt & ben up in the Highlands. Then used those takings to swell her ‘art collection fund’ instead of using it to do some repairs to said house and her other houses.. So now she wants us to give her more money to fund those repairs. Smart thinking and I bet she hasn’t paid income tax on the profits.Posted 4 years ago
Smart thinking and I bet she hasn’t paid income tax on the profits.
I’d say that’s a very fair bet considering how many Offshore Tax Havens she presides over…
what might be the best method she could use to generate funds?

I have to admit, I haven’t done a great deal of research in the particular avenues covered in the above piece, so can’t vouch for all facts… if you’d like to do some of your own research, I daresay there is plenty of truth in there…
However, the Jersey thing holds a great deal of water and is barely skimming the surface.Posted 4 years agokimbersSubscriber

that sounds like a bad joke footflaps, except….
She suggested that the spread of food banks, with recent figures suggesting the use of food banks has tripled in a year, is not a sign of greater poverty.
