I have never had an Iphone but I get a works phone and am due an upgrade. We have a nice stereo in the kitchen that has a dock to suit the old Iphone 4 connection and I also have a Parrot hands free kit in the car which would accept the old iphone 4. I have seen a few converters but as I undestand it the proper apple converter has an integral DAC (digital to analogue) converter.

I could just get an Iphone 4s is their much benefit to the Iphone 5. Any expereince of the converters.
