ok I am not at all techy so that’s why I am asking can it be done,
I just got an ipad and can watch films on my telly from it with the little ipad air TV thing I bought at the same time, so that’s ok, but when I try and connect my blue tooth speakers to it so I get a room full of sound, it wont work because the film goes back to playing just on my ipad, so it seems it will do one or the other but not both, Is there any way round that?

if you want better telly sound get surround sound

do you know what cables I would need to connect pad direct to the telly

I thought if I ran the pad through the telly via a cable then I would be able to connect my speakers up via blue tooth, would that work?
