My favourite interview thing for a customer support role I had – walk into a room, there’s a phone and an instruction book for a Lego-type toy. The phone rings, person on the other end has the Lego pieces, you have five minutes to talk them through putting it together. I thought that was an interesting and relevent challenge. 🙂
