Posted 4 years ago RichPennyMember I never really ‘got’ dill. Isn’t it a fish thing? It’s commonly used with fish as it has quite a delicate flavour. That makes it perfect for mash, since there’s nothing overpowering it. I also like miseria (sp?), a simple Polish side dish of cucumber and sour cream with plenty of fresh dill.
