Is this possible? ITunes on our big computer went silly. So set it up on my laptop and now that’s gone silly. Every song I try to play has an exclamation mark coming up saying it can’t find it. That includes iTunes downloads.
I set up a new user on the laptop and a new iTunes account and that won’t work.
I live in a world of grrrrrr at the moment.

Sound like your music folder has changed and it can’t find your music.

    Ok.

Your external Hard Drive will have a letter something like D: G: or H: your PC will assign a random one if hasn’t been told to keep it the same for that Hard Drive, so my guess is it’s changed the letter for that drive from something else.

Check in your iTunes to see where it thinks the music should be then check that folder still exists in the same name by using Explorer.
