Nice big piccie just in case there’s any doubt 🙂 Posted 5 years ago jon1973Member how much was it? Posted 5 years ago WozzaMember Tried it at the Manchester Whisky festival. It’s not bad, but there’s a lot better out there. Then again, it’s down to personal taste I suppose. Posted 5 years ago mogrimMember how much was it? Not cheap, similar price to a single malt scotch like (10 year) Talisker. (Though this is Spain, not sure what the price difference would be in the UK). Posted 5 years ago The Wrong TrousersSubscriber What would you compare it to? The Birmingham Whisky Festival Posted 5 years ago grahamt1980Member Having tried Indian Port I would steer well away. I think on balance I would have been better off drinking drain cleaner Posted 5 years ago mogrimMember The Birmingham Whisky Festival 🙄 😀 Posted 5 years ago CougarSubscriber Actual LOL there, good work. Posted 5 years ago crikeyMember Disappointed with the lack of firewater and tomahawks… Posted 5 years ago mogrimMember Disappointed with the lack of firewater and tomahawks… Tomahawks, maybe, but firewater? How big do I need to make the bloody picture? And closer inspection inspires doubt: Himalayan waters, but distillery in Bangalore? Posted 5 years ago crikeyMember To be honest, there is quite a large area that can claim to recieve water from the Himalayan region… Posted 5 years ago CaptainFlashheartMember If we’re talking New World whiskies – Japan or Wales! 🙂 Posted 5 years ago WozzaMember What would you compare it to? To be honest, I was quite pissed. I vaguely remember that it was better than the English but not a patch on anything from Scotland. If we’re talking New World whiskies – Japan or Wales! Agreed, Yamazaki is excellent. Save your money and buy a bottle of that instead. Posted 5 years ago bigGMember It’s awful, truly truly awful. I don’t pretend to be a whisky connoisseur but I can recognise that this muck tastes only marginally better than paraffin. Don’t waste your money. Posted 5 years ago organic355Member It really isn’t that bad ^^ It’s quite smooth and sweet. I drunk it on ice when I had a bottle. It’s a bit like a bottom of the range macallan, but a bit sweeter. Posted 5 years ago bigGMember “Drunk it on ice” that explains why you couldn’t taste how truly awful it is.
