Just the way the frame goes from something that looks like it’s made from playdough, to a semi finished frame, to the finished article is just amazing.

I always thought there were more layers of UD cloth? Or have they laid up all the layers into those panels?
Note how they stick two sheets together, less chance of voids developing, rather than applying one sheet at a time.
So does that mean the inner of the frame is polystyrene?

Amazing isn’t it? Im on my first carbon frame and the manufacturing process is fascinating.
I suppose the down side is the environmental side of thousands but I’m not going into thread rabbit hole!
