Those knives really look rather nice!

Spent a bit of time the other night making up a wee gear convertor so I could run a clutch mech 9-speed… And was struck by the thought that most people couldn’t do it, but out of the people who could, absolutely every one of them could do it better than me

Those machines could tell a few stories. You could turn it into a working museum.

I’m lucky enough to own a lathe and miller. Both old, but work OK. The lathe is by far the best tool I have ever bought. It’s paid for itself many times over.

Did anyone see the knife makers on the Portillo train programme. They turned out some beauties.
