    I eat loads of fruit, particularly berries. No cream mind. Tomatoes also.

    Am going to stop eating fruit for a week anyway.

    Edit: I’m not after a 6 pack, still have a thyroid problem so want to experiment a bit with food.

    I reckon I could set myself up as a coach and improve people’s cycling. I’d not be as good as the real thing but my punters wouldn’t know that. I’d just undercut you all. £14.99 for a 6 month plan over the internet. In fact, maybe a website where you put in your goals and it schedules training for you.

    I just had my best recipe yet.

    Pan: chuck in onions, chilli, garlic, can of mixed beans, can of tomatos, 2 bags frozen steam veg, load of quorn chicken stuff. Cook for about an hour, eat.

    Here’s my dilemma, I have been following the rules and tonight on my way home I bonked. I ride 30 mile commute 2 or 3 times a week. I had a huge lunch of salad beans and chicken although I missed breakfast I have to admit. I’ve been using torq recovery drink as my extra energy source after a commute on a night? Clues??

    ti_pin_man…I share your pain. Commuted yesterday (only 8 miles each way) then went kickboxing training for 90 mins. I had no energy at all. I have been super religious on the diet, but think I may need some more energy/carbs when I exercise.

    I have been having my 30g carbs following exercise, think I might need some before as well!

    Still, not hungry whatsoever, just tired. The girls in the office are loving it. One of them said to me yesterday ‘I think I’m doing it wrong…I’m not hungry!’

    Had to have been soda bread. Actually, is soda bread in? The one I make has no refined carbs.
