I watched ‘Icarus’, the doping documentary on Netflix last night.
I thought it was all a bit bobbins. Journo/cyclist wanted to dope for an amateur race where he would’nt get tested? The PEDs boosted his training/recovery, of course but he lost time due to not charging his Di2 batteries and got beat by better/dopier riders-what did this prove?
He met one US doping tester (who tested Lance 50 times and failed) who introduced him to his Russian scientist mate. Why on earth was the Russian scientist/director of Moscow testing lab prepared to help the American dude after a couple of Skype chats and given German TV had started an investigation and the heat was on?
I can believe the state sponsored doping narrative but some of the individual’s motives/aims were’nt clear.
    All a bit odd..

Is it a film or a documentary? Was going to watch it as I thought was a documentary but then it said it’s a film in the description.

Is it about Max Zorin’s racehorse in A View to a Kill.
