He appears to be a semi-permanent presence in broadcast media pieces about Brexit.
He is a tiresome odious individual and I would be happy to never again hear his voice or see his face.
    Loathsome.
    Anyone agree?

Very much so, thought the tories weren’t the nasty party anymore, he epitomises this.

Presided over the genocide of the disadvantaged, it’s almost as if he had a eugenics programme.

He’s what Boris looks like on the inside.

Not a fan of his policies.

Something large enough to break poor people on, probably a penny farthing.

I think you’ll be wanting to give Radio 2 a miss for a short while then. 🙂

He’s a man of the people. Don’t you remember how he declared “I think we’ve had enough of the elite telling us what to do” before the Euro ref.

This is his reaction to paying the proles £7.20/hr in return for £12bn of benefits cuts:

Tories get off on this kind of stuff. Colossal perverts, the lot of them.

IDS is what happens when someone’s clacker-valve becomes semi-sentient.

Look on the bright side. At some point he will have really itchy arse and with all those cameras around he won’t be able to scratch it.
Just how itchy is that arse IDS?
I bet you would really like to scratch it.
Imagine the sheer joy of giving it a good scratch , the waves of bliss that would overcome you.
But you can’t because everyone is watching.
    Shame.

A mate of mine (left of centre labour supporter) has met two tory MPs and ended up having long chats with both of them.
    1. William Hague; they got on quite well, exchanged political views, listened to each other and had a friendly debate. Culminated in WH taking him for a pint and a bit of a laugh. “He’s an alright bloke for a tory, wouldn’t vote for him though”
    2. IDS; the only analysis from his interaction “C**t”

Not the first time I’ve heard such things about WH, seems like a pretty decent fellow all in, just a shame he’s a Tory.

My friend was hired as an IT troubleshooter for the DWP on a rather large paycheck when they were trying to get universal credit sorted.

He started out being very pro-UC

by the end of it he quit in disgust, targets were set by ministers (IDS) irrespective of what was actually possible

the DWP were pissing away billions to IT companies who knew the targets were would never be met. Literally sending in graduates (rather than experienced staff they were supposed to) to do nothing in big offices outside newcastle 5 days a week, because the previous contract hadnt been delivered either and their work couldnt start, but it was scheduled in to the governments plan.

his reports were repeatedly ignored, in the end he pulled his company out of it because he didnt want to be associated with something he thought would be a disaster and ruin lives.

it was a transformative moment for him he’d been an anti-Brown, Guido Fawkes fanboy.

Hes a fully paid up Corbyn fan now, so at least IDS has had one positive effect on someone.
