    I suspect it will be a more interesting read than most of the others, but better? I don’t know.

    Can’t worse than the training bible books – suck the fun out of anything…

    Good old fashioned Scottish energy bars.

    I’ve been known to do the odd 12 hour on them. Need to switch to strawberry jam for the last few hours though. 🙂
