Two reasons; one because I’m as shallow as a tea spoon, this is the first picture in a long time that makes me look I might have at least a vague idea how to ride a bike. Thanks to Ian B for that one.

Secondly, I spend much more time taking pictures that being in them. Probably for the best, but it makes me realise how many of us take static shots of the bike leaning against something or some lovely landscape.

*than I believe myself to be, anyhow, which is the only thing that matters.

Oh I like this thread already. Like the BPW shot with the dust behind. Looks like the start of Bonneville.

We met three lovely fellas in the car park at Llanberis. The guy who has fallen there fall off A LOT. I felt a bit sorry for him as I rode past his prone form 😉 I think it’s one of those trails that if it gets in your head, you’re going to walk a lot of it.
