Any hubspot users on here?
I think what I’m trying to work out is actually too simple for forums and google to work out what I mean, but someone on here might be able to make sense of it!
We’re just using a free hubspot account with about 8 people on it. Some of those people we want to just see contacts, conversations and tickets that are assigned to them.
I’ve set permissions and that seems to partly work – but when one of the team goes to a ticket that’s assigned to them, under the email tab on the centre pane they see the emails relating to their ticket, but beneath that every single other email that’s come through the inbox.
I think this is something to do with how you set up the inbox and might be a restriction of the free version, but if anyone has come across this and can shed some light it would really help!
