Crumbs! That is a mish mash of bits. All the value is in that rear wheel.

Looks like an XTR crank
and a Tioga disc drive rear wheel

That Tioga Disc Drive has got to be early to mid 90’s.

Frame to me looks like one of the Saracen Magnesium’s.

Yup = agree – the stay-dropout joins are pretty distinctive. Google image search for “Saracen Kili magnesium” throws up a couple of examples.
