    You sure? That was when the finance act was past that made the scheme possible. Business is unlikely to have made substantial use of the new tax laws for quite a while after that date.

    There are about 400,000 schemes annually btw or about the same amount as the step change noted in the chart.

    If sales have gone up and bikes are more popular has bike theft gone right up as well ?????
