  • How do you remove the V-brake fitments on your fork and frame?

    I remember it being hard but this is ridiculous! Any ideas? It’s the bits the v-brakes bolt on to.

    Dremmel them off.
    Or just keep them on

    Just did this – adjustable spanner, cos it’s not quite 9mm….

    When that fails, use file to make it flatter and then again adjustable or put whole thing in a vice.
