Trying to service my Hope XC Hub, I have the drive side spacer off plus freehub out…but im having trouble getting the non drive spacer off! Im trying the 2 flat screwdriver method but it wont budge.

    Any ideas?

It's just held in place by an O ring, but these can get stuck if either fitted dry or allowed to dry out. Try a bit of penatrating fluid ie WD40 etc, then use a vice with some softjaws in, (to stop the vice jaws marking the end cap/spacer). Or Mole grips with some cloth wrapped around the cap, again to stop the grips marking the surface.

You have to pull it squarely too.

Best of luck, percivere and it will come.

Just knock the axle though – IIRC it should take the bearing & end cap out as well

Try pulling it like your pulling the milkman off your mother 😆
