Odd one – I can’t quite work out what’s going on with it.

When I’m pedalling smoothly, it seems to take a small part of the revolution to engage.
It’s like the freewheel runs ahead, and then takes a fraction to engage again.

I’ve not had this with any other hub (probably have gone through every major hub brand, and a bunch of oddballs), and I don’t get it running a different wheel on the same bike.

I’ve changed the pawls/springs to no avail – anyone have any other ideas?
