    About to build up the above using a 32 hole rim and hub. Problem is, all the spoke calculators I’ve used give slightly differing spoke lengths, i.e., from 261 to 263. just wondering what the successful length is!?

    A built up that exact spec a couple of months ago and used 262 for both the drive side and non-drive side(standard 3 cross pattern). Worked fine.

    The longer spokes are for the non-drive side of the hub. I failed here once when rebuilding a wheel and it took me months to get the damn thing straight.
