…thing that will help me taper/fade my fledgling beard into my bald head?

I have searched for variants of ‘graduated beard taper comb’ but with no joy.

I think I’m looking for a wedge shaped thing that will allow me to use my clippers…

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Just hang a couple of metal hooks over your ears and let the ends get lost in your beard..

Everyone will assume it’s a fake and try and tug it off.

    Won’t they be surprised?

I just use one of these, without a guard and free hand it.

Cheers mattyfez – last time I tried freehand topiary I cut my fin de cloche right off.

Imagine him, but with 30% more uncle Albert.

And 20% less Prince Albert thanks to aforementioned freehand topiary.

I should add I use a comb too to fluff it out/back comb, so you can catch the straggly bits without cutting to deeply into the beard.

And also never trim a wet beard, only when bone dry.
