    Awesome idea – I’d add CALM to that list as well.  0800 585858 They even have a webchat feature if you can’t face talking initially.

    Spoke to a lovely lady on Christmas Day when my anxiety was peaking, think some stuff is making a reappearance, sorted me out with a referral for help in very short order.

    Worthy sticky, none of us are immune, immortal or invincible. Been there, had a chat or twenty and lived to type this. If you canny hack it just now, talk to someone, offload, share, vent, punch f*ck out of something but don’t stop. You matter, even if you don’t get that right now, stick with it, please.
