can someone help please?!

I live in Switzerland and have bought, i thought, a multifunction steering wheel from this shop.. but that was 15 days ago and since hes stopped responding to texts/calls.. the tracking has never started and im worried ive lost a considerable sum of money..

i wish i had found the reviews online before i had paid..

Well, the domain was registered six years ago, so it’s unlikely to be an outright scam.  Could just be a crap company of course.
