Currently doing a series of posters for a client with the theme being ‘Don’t let yourself be tailgated’ (ie, when walking through a door, don’t let the person following through unless they have identification).

Thinking ‘letting foxes in chicken coups’, ‘stable door/horse bolted’ type metaphors at the moment but has anyone got any other similar metaphors (or sayings) that would be appropriate.

“Don’t let unwelcome guests get a foot in the door”

Going to be far easier/less ambiguous to illustrate with either bespoke or stock imagery.
