    Hi all,

Ive got a cheap pair of Marzocchi All Mountain 3 forks on my XC bike which feel like they are in need of a little TLC, they feel quite notchy and have very little small bump capability.

I dont have a manual and cant seem to find anything useful on the net, like a service guide.

From what I have seen, they are a 2005 model although the stamp on the legs says 03. There are no adjustments at all, just air preload on the top of each leg.

If anyone knows anything about these forks Id be grateful for any help, I have a feeling that the travel is adjustable (by some swapping about of internals) but Im not keen to try it without some sort of walk through guide. Help with just giving them a bit of a service would be ace, Im familiar with whipping the lowers off my boxxers to relube them, but I have no idea about these things.

Here is a link to see the forks I`m talking about (not mine)….

    Thanks in advance…

Sorry for the double post. Ive wondered why other people do it and I can see how it happens now!

In reply to the post on the other thread, I definately dont have rebound adjustment. There is just the foot nuts on the bottom of the legs.

    This one?

You'll need Winrar to unzip them

That link was spot on. Cheers!

Has anyone got any experience of adjusting the travel on these forks. The manual is a little vague…

if its internal rebound you may need a tool like this……

transformed my drop-off tripples they now eat drop offs for breakfast and rock gardens for afternoon tea
