    I’ve just done a full service of my EXM130 forks and having reassembled everything, there’s something odd with the Launch Control knob.

    When it’s pushed all the way down, it locks down the travel as expected, and there’s a nice indexed clicking when I rotate the knob to select all 15 rebound settings.

    But when the knob is pulled up (or pushed up by sudden fork compression, as per Launch Control) it travels too far up to the point where the o-ring is visible and you can hear air wheezing in and out the gap when you compress the forks and a bit of oil is seeping out. See photos below for knob all the way down, and all the way up:

    And with the knob pulled all the way up, there’s no indexed clicking when you rotate it, but it does still control the rebound circuit.

    Any ideas ?

    Just to add, when I refitted the regulator, it didn’t push down all the way, as per 13:16 onwards on the following video:
