Well done. Now don’t forget the one star review. They can’t object after losing in court.

Hopefully not a problem this time. I asked for their upmarket posher fabric which is allegedly more cleanable, and so that’s what we’re getting.

    Nice.

I bought a suite from DFS (yeah I know) about a year ago, and paid extra for upgraded stuffing, so it doesn’t sink or get bum prints in it etc.

To be fair the seat and back cusioning is what I’d expect, and the finish is good etc…but..

It’s clear the stuffing in the arm rests is a lot softer and has already started ‘sagging/compacting’ for want of a better word which looks a bit messy and deformed from very light use…which is a dissapointment.

I wonder if I could have them for that….

“More cleanable” seems like such a bizarre concept. Like, “here’s your new furniture… you can’t clean it of course, what on earth were you thinking?!”

I think, if I were in the market for a new sofa, I’d be heading to IKEA.

IKEA do lots of things very well, but their sofas are not one of them – they are all uncomfortable and none of the covers ever seem to fit properly.

I’ve got three of them, 22, 15 and 4 years old. All excellent and comfortable.
Except for the one in the kids room (22 years old) which keeps giving birth to lego bricks and art supplies.

My sofa is an IKEA one from a charity shop for £40 in about 2013. It’s really surprisingly good quality.

Their sofa beds are usually pretty crummy though, and fail both as sofas and beds.
