Help Me STW … hub end caps … mystery hub

Help Me STW … you’re my only hope.

My Google Fu is failing me at the moment.

I have a hub that I’m looking to convert from 12mm to QR. The hub is branded solely as a Bombtrack hub. Bombtrack have suggested it’s an Origin 8 hub but I cannot see anything in their lineup that looks similar 😕

The NDS end cap is a push on with a o ring ala Hope. This reveals an axle with a slot cut into it that helps you remove the threaded DS end cap. Simples ☺️

Can I find QR end caps in this arrangement … can I heck!

I faintly recall seeing some Spank hubs like this but that draws a blank too.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like an older Chosen hub , often rebranded by Stans as ZTR , Wiggle ? and many others

but no clue as to spares sorry

Forget about changing the end caps. Just fit one of the generic 12mm->qr conversion axles. They are about £10 them you can get on with you life.

@nixie – unfortunately this is a rear hub.

Gah that’s annoying. How about trimming the end caps by 3mm so the hub becomes 135x12mm then using something like this (pretty sure there will be cheaper versions available).
