Any help appreciated
Took the axle and drive shell off the rear hub to give it some grease, then reassembled the whole thing to what I beleive are the correct tightness tolerance and theres masses of play in the freehub to the extent that the whole thing shifts about 1mm? dismantled and reassembled but still the same issue. Whats gone wrong?

Have you watched the tech videos on the CK website? Are you positive the driveshell seated fully in the splines? There’s normally a definite sound as it seats and if you didn’t hear that it’s not home.
