My wife is thinking of paying to attend a two-day “HeartMath Sports Certification Course”. I’ve never heard of HeartMath, so just wondering if she’ll be wasting her money or if it’s a worthwhile system. She’s an experienced NLP counsellor specialising in the sports arena so it at least looks relevant, but I’m naturally suspicious of such courses. Any experiences/thoughts? Cheers.
