Can anybody recommend a good place in either the Liverpool Street or Twickenham area to get my Headshok serviced? I know Evans can do them but their price of £75 seems a tad excessive (is it?).

I took one apart once and it took a looooong time to put it back together….

… was one of those ‘pull slider out and roller bearings went everywhere’ moments.

That is two hours work, which seems reasonable to me.

give alf jones a call in wrexham if you want a price to ngo by they do loads of em.

£75 is around the price for a shock service – I’d be suprised if you were able to get it for significantly less anywhere else.

thumbprint tunning is who I’d recommend, but he aint no where near Liverpool Street or Twickenham area’s…
