Work is starting to fell infected larch in the Brechfa forest and from May 17th there will be a diversion in place on the Raven trail. This affects the last bit of single track at the top of the route after the final climb. Instead of continuing through the woods to the point where the black meets the top of the final descent of the red, riders will be diverted southwards down the track that joins the fireroad on the return leg of the black, from way mark 52 to 58. This track is regularly used by 4x4s and has some deep, muddy puddles. Diversion signs will be in place. No date available for completion.
