I need to replace the foam pads/spacers on my bar bag, other than going through the supplier (I need them quickly) any suggestions please?

Make your own out of an offcut of something. I found a section of a foam mini paint roller refill strapped into place was a good mix of rigid/soft on the outside, and gave a nice gap.

I have been looking around the house etc to find something, the only thing I can find is pipe lagging which is a bit naff as its so old.

Try foam playmats or you can buy EVA foam sheets from eBay. Cut it yourself with a sharp knife or with a hot knife if you have one.
