I have a 16″ inbred and am looking to get a hamax chid seat. Has anyone tried a 16″ inbred with a Hamax seat and does it fit ok? Am wondering if I would need to get the small frame adaptor when I order it?

I’ve used a hamax siesta on a 16″ inbred and it fits although it was close to the rear tyre with son in it (occasional contact) son weighed 15KGS at the time.

It was a while ago now but IIRC I don’t think I could use the Hamax on my 16″ Inbred 853 because the front mech cable stop on the seattube was in the way so the clamp unit couldn’t be attached.

Yea i found that managed to get one of the clamps above the cable stop and one below, was a bit of a faff but it worked.

Thanks, it will mostly be used on a different bike. Sounds like I could do with the small frame adaptor too, for the inbred and my wifes bike.
