I have been looking at putting some half toe clips on my commuter bike.

Have any of you tried these clips? Are they any good?

    Thanks

    Kees toe clips

They help keep your feet in place and aid pedalling in circles!

A bit like stabilisers. Why not just leave work shoes at work and wear spd’s?

They’re a bit crap in that you have to flick them over each time you set off, like road SPD’s.

MTB SPD’s for commuting for me.

Cheap flats if you don’t want SPD’s?

Toe clips? Useless. SPDs or flats.

Toe clips are fine .The half clips just keep your feet in the right position

Whereabouts do you work, the ’80’s?
Get with the times man, flatties skinny handlebars and fixed bikes for commuting
