Nah, I`ve not tried any proper study, just tried it out on myself.

t you all try out for a week and post up the results?
Re standing on the grass, yeah that was passed down by father in law and from his parents etc, maybe not scientifically proven, but that doesnt mean it can
t work.
Just do it for as long as you feel you need/ want to.
Why does everything have to be measured and monitored?
