What would be the collectives advice to pacing this event.
    Day 1 90km
3 timed sections, one lasting almost an hour, one climbing (~20 mins) and one decending (~5 mins).
    Day 2 40Km
3 Timed sections not sure of the profile of these yet but expect similar but shorter.

My initial plan (depending on more knowledgable advice here)

Zone 4 – Threshold for the climbing
Zone 3 – Tempo for the long section
Zone 1 or 2 – active recovery, endurance everywhere else.

TBH at your level you’re likely to know what you can/can’t do anyway, if you don’t know how quick/slow you can go on a 90km event then i’m not sure we can much help.

Is there a time between timed sections or can you take all day ?

No time limit so can pootle along quite happily. Apart from a couple of road sportives this is my first race of any length. And my first on gravel, and definitely my first with this amount of elevation gain (over 8k ft on day 1).
