First the sunshine and the slightly raised temperature made for some great local riding.
And after weeks off with a damaged back it was good to ride again with hardly any pain.
And to top it off I’ve been lent a road bike whilst my son goes through road training on my old one, cheers for that Jools.
Well chuffed today, just perhaps I will be ready for the Harp Hilly 100 at the end of the month.
