Can anyone recommend a good website which gives an overview of the trails available at Alps resorts?

For the last few years we’ve been going to France but fancy somewhere else and Austria is top of the list but finding info to compare is proving tough.

We’ve tried:

No of Chairlift,

Am I asking too much?

BTW – if anyone can suggest an Austrian resort which has a good range of trails for intermediate riders (less big features and more flow) feel free to let me know.Cheers

There was a summary website, I can’t remember the name but it was a bit meh tbh – google should turn it up

If you want to try somewhere different you could look at Switzerland, eg Valais: Verbier & Zermatt or Graubunden: Lenzerheide. Its possible to do Switzerland “relatively cheaply” in self catering. Also you could look at the Pyrenees: Basque MTB ? Sierra: MTB Sierra, Italy: Bike Riviera ?

Take a look at Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang.

I live in Austria and I don’t know any summary websites for biking. Maybe bergfex.com has some information.

Not really, but I don’t think what you want exists.

It’s a good idea for a site content-wise, but would demand a lot of research and would need updating often – and I’m not sure the likely traffic would justify the expense from a commercial POV.

Footprint do a book. Not sure what it’s like but Rowan Sorrell gets a writing credit.

This covers Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
For Austria most links I’ve found are via the regional site Allgau etc…
I went to Saalbach last year and loved it. I’m very much a beginner but enjoyed the trails.

World Bike Parks website covers all of the main bike parks with link to trail maps etc. Sorry, can’t do web links but google will find it.
