GFBD 2021 is almost upon us. Saturday 4th December is the tenth anniversary

The History of Global Fat Bike Day – By Jeff Price

Tradition is to get together with other local fatties for a ride out and some socialising, then sharing photos of our rides. Looks like I’ll be riding solo tomorrow but does anyone else have plans?

Hmmm. I wonder if I can get mine off the wall and built up again? Worth a try, but I suspect not!

If tomorrow falls in the narrow window between “not nice enough weather to paint the new shed” and “not nice enough to ride” I’ll get mine out I reckon. Solo though because I hate other humans.

I love my fat bike. But fat bikers… a lot of them seem to be a bit weird, no?

Quite obsessive when it comes to rolling resistance, and seemingly hell-bent on proving that their bikes are as fast as an aero road bike.
