    Are trances still regarded as a viable machine for all day riding and trail centre mincing?

    Still got my 1st gen trance, apart from it being a little heavy, Its a great bike.

    Yup.. Not the most efficient pedaller out there, but very good downhill. Even better with 120mm forks.
